About Jasen
Jasen Hardison co-founded Star Properties Real Estate in 1993 and leads its commercial division as principal broker. Over three decades he has personally represented more than $148 million in transactions across the Rio Grande Valley: office buildings, retail corridors, land assemblies, and everything in between.
A Texas A&M graduate (class of 1992), Jasen has spent his entire career working the same McAllen market from the same office at 322 W Nolana Ave. That continuity is the firm's biggest asset: the relationships, the corridor history, and the pricing memory that only come from being on the ground through every cycle since the early nineties.
